Apple defined ProDOS storage type 4 as "Apple II Pascal area". It's
discussed in ProDOS technote #25, e.g.:

It sounds like it was created for use on ProFile drives; presumably a
version of the Pascal system was provided that included ProFile drivers.
I don't support these in CiderPress because I've never seen one.
