That's the biggest issue... You'd need to clone RamWorks functionality
as well, IMHO, and even then, providing an RGB output that worked well
on machines that produce 50Hz video would be considerably more complex
than 60Hz, so you're limited to markets that have 60Hz IIe's.
Such a device could be adapted to work on a IIc relatively easily via
the expansion port, but if you intend to produce RGB style DHR you need
to figure out how the mode selections works without AN3 access.
