Yes, even the 1MB Meg80z card from Sequential Systems had problems with
50Hz IIe systems (and it wasn't even trying to generate a video
signal). I ended up buying a 60Hz IOU and installing it on my PAL IIe
motherboard. On a 50Hz system it got the bank selection wrong for the
first 7 pixels on the first visible scan line in both 80 col text and
DHR graphics modes (and I suspect DLoRes as well).
