I might not have been clear before. The Linux server is remote,
running in another state, and accepting only SSH connections for login.
I don't want to transfer files - I want to use the II+ as a terminal
from which I can directly manipulate the Linux server via command line.
I'm open to a solution that has the II+ output being routed through my
PC (w/broadband connection), since the II+ obviously won't be connected
to the Internet.
