That looks like a motherboard from a Bell and Howell. The card slots are 
dark green (like the BH) rather than the lighter greenish color of the 
original Apple II boards. Just out of curiosity, what is the serial number? 
Is the number hand written like the original II boards, or is it ink stamped 
like the Bell and Howells?
