Cross development notes

Hi,

I put together a few notes on Apple ][ cross-development using commonly 
available software. The approach works especially well with an emulator:

There's a makefile example, as well as a simple Java tool to convert a65 
output to binary. Because a65 doesn't do macros, I wrote some examples 
in m4, a widely available macro processor.
