Yeah, so that you think that:

1.- People that talk about this are fantasisers.
2.- We ought to shut up.
3.- mdj has to "shut up" in order to "do it".
4.- Will never "get there" unless mdj "does it".

Given the scarcity of ideas (yet) seen in this thread...

Share your clever ideas if you're not too afraid that they are not so
clever, but please stop asking anybody in this thread to shut up, unless
