ProDOS 1.9 on Apple][+

I just recievd my shiny new CFFA card, and I have been trying to
install ProDos 1.9 on to a CF card.

My Apple ][+ has the language card installed, which means it should
work with ProDOS 1.9, however when I try to boot from the ProDOS 1.9
disk (downloaded from the web and converted to a 5.25" floppy) I get
the message:

'Sorry, program requires a IIe or IIc'
then
'Enter Prefex (press return to accept)'
/PRODOS1.9/

Pressing 'return at this points takes me to the prompt:

'Enter Pathname of next application'

So, I'm not quite sure what is happening!!! Can anyone please help or
point me in the right direction for the ProDOS1.9 image?

Also, how can I tell if I my langauge card is working? How can I test
for 64k RAM?
