Wow, you must really want to dig up some info on this thing.  The best
I could do was a korean page listing a lot of different apple drives.
About all I could translate was "10mb"

Babelfish reveals that this website really didn't say anything you
didn't already know:

"10MB It is composed of the hard drive which has a store dosage and the
whole aspect interface card. It will be able to use the OS of all
Apple."

As for Xebec 9710... Aparently they manfactured a number of similar
products for the apple, atari st and zenith systems -- if not more;

Xebec's 10 and 20Mb Staris subsystems are based on its 9710H and 9720H
external subsystems-used on the Apple II. Included in the software are
format and partition utilities for the configuration of the hard disk,
which let the user divide it into four individual partitions, each of
which can be accessed as an individual drive. The 10Mb drive sells for
$499, and the 20Mb for $799.
