Actually support for 128K came in the 1.2 release.
I still have a lot of fun with 1.3 on my IIe by using Applied Engineerings RamDisk software, which even lets you fool the p-system into thinking the ram drive is the boot device.

Yeah isn't it nice to get all your system files together onto a big fat pseudo-boot-volume RAMDisk, and go from Filer to Edit to Compile to Run with nary a disk grind to be heard?  SWEET
