Yeah, and India's tech sector is going off as it is!  It is funny that
gates was dissing the idea.  The $100 PC might happen naturally with
his origami project.  In 10 years, IF the design becomes popular, then
the origami might be the ticket.

- By then LCD's will be dirt cheap, epecially ones as small as the
origami requires.
- Flash memory will be large and cheap.  (see moore's law)
- Processing power in 10 years will be cheap as well (see moore's law)
- Cool technologies like virtual keyboards will be available to further
drive down costs.
- Windows will be even more bloated, but someone will right a nice
tight linux interface that will do the job.
- There's much a much larger chance that a wireless infastructure will
be in place in third world countries (at least near large towns and
cities) that people could take advantage of.
