So i have an old Microsoft z80 card but had a couple of questions:
1 - Its missing a chip, U2.. According to a picture i saw on line, it
appears to be a HD74LS05P. can some one verify this for me by chance?
2 - If i put it in my GS and run 80 col mode, will CP/M also work in 80
col? CP/M in 40 columns sux :)
3 - Ive googled around some, but didnt find any manual or disks to go
with it online, perhaps i missed it? Pointers would be appreciated.
4 - does the apple CP/M work with SCSi drives? ( and the CFFA, if i
manage to get one ) or am i stuck with just floppies?
Im wanting to get back in to CP/M, and figured this was the best route
since i have all the hardware ( but I never used the card since it was
missing the chip from day one, about 10 years ago, so i hope it works ).
So any advice is more then appreciated ..
My other immediate option is to dig out my C128, but the GS is so much
nicer to use. ( and i dont have a 80 col monitor for the 128 )
