The seller is trying to screw you. They posted three pictures with the 
auction:

1. The Videx box cover and nothing else. So obviously any reasonable 
person would expect to get the box, otherwise why show it in its own 
picture?
2. The card by itself. Obviously you would expect to get the card.
3. The card neatly placed in the box, and with the box cover and Videx 
disks arranged around it. I would certainly expect to then get the disks 
too.
