Seems to me you might have a tough time with that... if the disks are
included in the auction by virtue of appearing in the picture then you
should also receive a couple of dismantled drives, a pair of work
gloves and a utility knife...

It certainly _looks_ as though the disks are included, judging by the
arrangement of the items in the photo, but maybe they were just there
for scale reference ;-)
