There maybe a problem with them not being in the description but part of the 
arrangement? No way, the box is videx, the disks are set with with box 
"videx". No way, clearly a bad move by the seller. I don't think there was 
bad intent once the seller realized the card was not a videx but to not 
include the software is just wrong! You can argue however you want, this is 
clearly not giving somebody something intended to go with the auction. Does 
this mean the foam packaging shouldn't be included because it wasn't listed 
in the auction? I say bad move by the seller. I hope ebay feels the same.
