Apple //e Owner's Manual - how many different versions?

Does anyone recall a version of the Apple //e Owner's Manual with a
gray cover?  The original manual from 1983 was a light tan color with a
picture of the //e on the cover.  There was a revised version much
later, when the //e with built-in numeric keypad came out, with a white
cover in the style of the IIgs manuals.  What I'm thinking of is an
intermediate version, maybe from 1984/85, with a dark gray cover, with
a full color photo of the //e on someone's kitchen counter or a
similarly ludicrous set-up.  Came out at the same time, and in the same
style, as the //c manuals.  Also similar to the original manuals for
AppleWorks.  I swear I had this back in the day, but can't find my
original copy and can't turn it up on eBay.  Thanks for any help.
