At a minimum you will need a DOS 3.3, Pascal or ProDOS bootable floppy disk.

The  original 2c came with a set of floppies. Most were simply fluff but 
one was the 2c utilities disk which was quite useful. Assuming you can 
boot the IIe via floppy disk, you can use the same boot disks on the 2c.
