Emulation questions for blind user

Hi,
Does anybody know of an Apple IIe Enhanced/GS emulator which is accessible
by the blind?  To be accessible, it would need to use actual text to display
what's on the screen, not use a graphics mode where the screen looks real
but the text displayed there isn't available to a screen reader, as most of
the emulators I've seen unfortunately do.
Or, does anybody know of any program that emulates an Echo speech
synthesizer card?  If I could just get Echo emulation I could run Textalker
and have as much access to Apple stuff as I do on a real Apple.
