Spartan I/O pins have 3.3V output

This should be able to drive the Apple
II ttl bus.

Should I have resistors or "level translators"
between the apple bus and the Spartan for
5v ----> 3.3v conversion?

I need to find out before I plug this thing in
and start testing it.
