Seems that Chebucto has a free text only account.  I wonder if they'll
even take members from out of state/country.  I also don't mind Pine at
all, it would be a wet dream if Pine supported PTSE though.

In digging around I also found http://www.newsgroups-download.com/
which offers $2.95 monthly usenet access.
