Re: Mockingboard Output: Too Much Bass?

I finally got some speakers for my Mockingboard (GSE repro) and I've
noticed a slight problem. When normal 'non-Mockingboard' music is
playing everything seems to have too much bass. I'm not sure if this
is normal for a mockingboard or if it's the speakers that are the
problem. I'm using a cheapo pair of Creative powered speakers I got at
CompUSA, and they don't seem to have a bass/trebel adjustment. Is
there something I can adjust on the Mockingboard?

Basically most non-MB Apple music was written and tested on the tiny tinny internal speakers. It's just not made to sound well on speakers with more bass content.

(and most desktop computer speakers are very weak in the lower midrange area, compensating for this with far too much bass.)
