The second one looks like the one that came in the box with my ROM 03 GS new from the dealer.
No, the AKII never shipped with the GS - though it was often used as a replacement KB if the original failed and a dealer didn't have one in stock.
They look similar to the GS keyboard, except with some of the keys awkwardly rearranged.
