hmm,
this seems to be ok, is the jumper block pointing to modem ?
any ssc commands (ctrl-i+xxx) (if any) that you are using ?
Are you sending keystrokes to the ssc? how ?
hmm, one more idea : are you doing something like reading the keyboard
with x=peek(-16384) and then print chr$(x); to send it... ?
