Depends on your notation system. I chose trombone slide positions. :)

Far out!  I suppose that multiple notes are played in the
same positions, since the numbers don't correspond 1-1 with
notes.  For non-trombone players, it would help to repeat
position numbers if multiple notes are played on them.  ;-)

Of course, I assumed that Rich was using arbitrary-origin note
numbers (key of C, ascending).
