Just an FYI that there is a bug towards the end of Ultima 1 for the GS
that prevents you from finding the time machine.  There are two fixes
to this. One is to do the hex editor hack (check out the FAQ by
Rubywand) and the 2nd is to free the princess in a certain castle first
for the time machine to appear.

I wish I could be more specific but for some reason I cannot pull up my
original post or Rubywand's update either (Google hiccup?). I will post
my email to him from home if you are interested though.

Despite this bug, the GS version is a joy to play and runs great
straight from the hard drive.
