The graphics are mostly the same except that they are done in SHR so
they are nicer.  The monster graphics in the dungeons are completely
different.  The music is **A LOT** better since all of the other Ultima
I's have no music at least for the Apple II.

As far a gameplay goes, it is pretty close to the same except that I
don't believe there are any outdoor encounters, only in the dungeons.
There was also a report at one time that you couldn't get to the end
game sequence since there was a bug that prevented the time machine
from appearing.  I don't know if that was ever fixed.
