nice site...each page is exactly how i'd like all pages to look like for
historical and actual using of the hardware/etc...very well thought out and
such...prob took like more then an eve per page...(at least at my rate of
such efforts)


so if you are really, really, bored and really rich...lots of free time...i
have like an 1100+ inventory of hardware/books and prob 3000 disks 5.25 and
3.5" disks that could really use this treatment..of course conservatively
speaking it would prob take 1 guy full time 2yrs to do it if he was
commited....not to mention everyone else on here...who prob have equiv
collections .....it always comes down to the high cost of labor.....people
of course line up to 'save the whales'...not quite the emotional effect in "
make a web museum for my ap2 collection...lacks punch* present newsgroup
company here excluded...

sigh...of course something like this will be done (prob as a hologram or 3d
or some such) someday....of course the time line for that is prob if/when
200yrs have gone by and said wildcard is worth more then the manpower to
display..and or archive it

seems to me ..that in the year 2006 robots were supposed to take care of
these type of caretaker/collection chores..as well as ...ahemmm....other
duties for nerdy types like ourselves...

(wanders off dreaming of well 'intentioned" cyborgs)...
