Actually, 480i is standard NTSC at 15.7kHz line rate.

In any case, this adapter seems to be independent of the format
or scan rate of the input.  It just does an analog conversion
of RGB signals to YPrPb signals.

This is a simple analog matrixing box, and the $199 for it
is a *very* steep price for such a simple function.
