It is straightforward to do a "volume copy" of the Vulcan
partitions to same-size partitions on a CFFA.  A SCSI drive
can be copied the same way.

I use the ProSel 8 Volume Copy utility for its speed, but
any similar volume copy will do the job.

If you want to defrag in the process, then a recursive file
copy is called for, though that will be a lot slower.
