I guess that in the rare case that you must do a cold boot to Integer BASIC and have an Apple II+, you had best hope the software doesn't require 64KB. It is highly unlikely that any program that requires the use of Integer BASIC, as opposed to Applesoft BASIC, would require more than 48KB.
