I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Money Munchers doesn't
use the VBL softswitch, because it was written before the //e.
(VBL is implemented in my code - both the softswitch and a
real VBL period.)

Money Munchers works with my emulated NTSC ][ scanning,
but doesn't work with my NTSC //e scanning.

So I'm guessing Money Munchers doesn't work on a real NTSC //e.
If so, the real mystery is why it _did_ work on a PAL //e.

Perhaps Lyrical Nanoha can help, since he's implemented this too.
