P8:
 Davex
 ECP8
 ANIX (part of Lisa assembler)

P16:
 ProSel-16 (comes with program launcher)
 ECP16

P16 "dev":
 APW
 Orca
 GNO


I would recommend Davex for P8 and GNO for P16.  GNO is pretty heavyweight,
but if you're used to a UNIX shell you'll feel right at home.
