Marco,
if you fail to find one you can always resort to a low power (100Watts
or so, check your "brick" rating) 220 to 110 auto-transformer (a fixed set
VARIAC to 50%) which you can find in Electronic or Electric utility stores.
The fact that the frequency is 50Hz instead of 60 usually doesn't make much
difference for the adapter, whether it is modern switching (the latest
auto-adapt to any line voltage from 100 to 240V and as they are switching,
don't care about the line frequency as they rectify the input and work with
high frequency switched "DC") or old style linear regulated with standard
bulky transformer. The ripple output would be slightly more in this case,
but this shouldn't be a problem if the design of the original AC adapter is
filtered well (usually they are slightly overtolerant).
Regards,
Luke
