Notes:

1. Full compatibility mode is not automatically reinstated upon reset. 
Only a partial compatibility, which does not include color or speed.  To 
fix this, type BRUN APPLE IIGS AUTOCONFIG at the BASIC prompt.

2. The module loaded is a hybrid ][+-//e type ROM.  It's a ][+ ROM with 
lowercase support and a couple other modifications.  It shouldn't have 
compatibility problems (the module, at least in its normal form, actually 
will load ProDOS correctly), but if you want to be 100% sure, copy the 
FPBASIC file off a 1980 system master, and use that instead of APPLE 
ENHANCED.OBJ.
