IIRC, the programmer's reference is not on the Opus ][ CDs, but I think 
the 6.0.1 update is.  I don't remember the technotes being on the CDs.  
There is a lot of documentation there, and it is in three or four formats.  
Microsoft Word format and plain text are definitely there.  I'm fairly 
certain that PDF versions are included as well, and there may be RTF 
versions on top of that.
