That last bit is not right. An analog signal doesn't really have a
specified (or limitted) number of colors. Besides that, how are you going
to have 16 million colors in one frame? ;)

Composite is the luminance signal mixed with the color carrier. It's not
RGB and AFAIK audio is not included.
