IIRC, I thought we threw out "big" online services because "back in the day"
there wasn't anything really Apple II-centric except the SIGs. The majority
of services had their Apple II SIGs and would let them operate, as long as
subscriptions, billed time or whatever revenue came their way. Otherwise,
user communities were ignored.

Was it going to cover services like ProLine, Diversi-Dial, etc?
