All correct, and I would recommend that you put out a request listingspecifically that you want x number of disks converted, you suspect theyare appleworks, you live in this geographic area, your contact info is ...

I'm sure I've read here about some amazing software that lets you readan Apple 5.25" disk on an MS-DOS/Wintel machine under specificcircumstances?
