Sounds like it could be Appleworks using one of the Beagle add-on
utilities.

Not on a PC. You probably need an Apple II owner who can try a few
versions of Appleworks.

Probably, your best bet is to make a deal with an Apple II user to
convert your stuff to PC-readable Text files for a few dollars per diskette.
The Text files could be put into a .zip file and emailed to you and the
diskettes could be returned.
