The driver would be in a 2716 EPROM and replace the existing SSC firmware.
It would have the same entry points as a standard Apple II mouse card and
thus work fine in 8 bit programs. The only tricky bit would be the 50/60Hz
IRQ ability of the Mouse card - not sure the SSC hardware would be able
to provide this functionality [unmodified].
