Apple II tape images

Is there anywhere I can get Apple II tape images-- say, files in .wav
format that I can play from my sound card into the tape input of my IIe?
I have no other way of getting files onto it. My main concern is with
getting an image of DOS to put on floppy disks, as for some reason (maybe
because I'm using the Beagle Brother's extended DOS) I can't use INIT. If
it's not possible to get an image of DOS on tape (as I understand the
Apple can only load BASIC files), what about a program that does the same
thing?
