Anyway, from FAQ web site 
(http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2HDWHACK.html), I suppose I need:

342-0303        //e (enhanced) EF ROM
342-0304        //e (enhanced) CD ROM

and

342-0275-A      //c, //e (enhanced) Char Gen deutsch

Do I need to change the keyboard rom also, with this one?

342-0372-A      //e (enhanced) KB ROM deutsch/usa

I think that Wayne posted CD and EF roms in previous message (thank you), 
anyway 0265 rom he posted according to faq is
341-0265-A      //c USA Char Gen

Perhaps someone has 342-0275-A, or is 341-0265-A ok?
I'm a little confused about what rom images I need for my usa/deutsch 
keyboard.
