Foxvalley.net is a small Internet Service Provider - not a Freenet - that 
continues to allow Apple II users to access the net via a Linux Shell 
Account. I'm typing this on my Apple IIGS. With a 14.4 modem, which is 
plenty fast for text-based access.

I don't know of any other ISP who actually goes out of their way to be 
nice to Apple II users. And, there are quite a few of us Apple II users on 
foxvalley.net
