Maybe this is just a Canadian phenomenon, but I have a $25/month
unlimited North American long distance plan with Primus... I'm pretty
sure all our telecom companies are US-based, so I'd expect you should be
able to find a similar deal there.
I just signed up with Chebucto Community Net in Halifax for $20/year, so
having my Apple II's online is going to cost me a grand total of
$1.67/month (even the wife couldn't argue with that!)
