Syndicomm sells ORCA/C, which is a native C compiler.  You can buy it
indivisually, or you can buy it as part of the Opus II CD  - which also
includes a pascal compiler, 65816 assembler, the subroutine library
source, PDF documentation, and learn to program the IIgs toolbox
tutorials.

If you have a macintosh, you may prefer Orca/C for MPW, which lets you
cross compile (it's included on OPUS II, but requires the MPW IIgs
linker which is a separate package).
