If you have a motherboard with a single ROM, then it is already
enhanced. To check, boot it, and if you see APPLE //E it is enhanced.
If you see APPLE IIE it is not. Or write a short Applesoft program in
lower case and see if it works. (Do it without a DOS loaded, as Dos 3.3
is always cranky in lower case regardless of the machine.)
Another clue is the case. the Platinum case with the numeric keypad
only shipped with the enhanced motherboards with single CF ROMs . Since
motherboards are highly swappable, this is not iron clad.
