I think Greg's being a bit silly with the names.
I've heard him on occasion refer to the Lisa as an "Apple IV" and the
first Macs as "Apple V".
Since the OP is making the (pretty silly) claim that Macs are some kind
of sequel to Apple-II's, I see no problem with being equally silly in
response.
