I worked with a startup theater / event hall in
SanFrancisco for about a year.  They didn't
get any business and couldn't understand why.

I wore a sandwich board :-) and skateboarded
through the streets advertising a FREE show.

business picked up that night, and has done
well since.

If you don't let people know what you have........
