You need a 65C02 processor, 2 ROMs, a CD and a EF, and
also a different CharGen/Video ROM. I have a set of originals
that I pulled from a IIe board I couldn't repair. The chips
are good, having been tested in a known good board, if you'd
like them. Or I can make, or send, you copies of the ROMs.
