I believe that is only the 4 chips required to upgrade.
That is also going to be bid on in the last hours by
collectors since it is still factory wrapped. If all
you want is to enhance your board for use, then I'd
suggest getting the full enhanced board, the chips
pulled from a board, or eproms and a CPU, which I can
provide for you at minimal cost. I have all of these.

I can provide a whole board, the chips which I have
pulled, and tested, or a set of CPU, and eproms. If
you desire dual languages, I have developed an adapter
on PCB with 2 pin header for a switch to go between
the two language character sets. You can't go wrong
with someone who is familiar with enhancing the IIe.
